MAINTENANCE STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities:
Roof leaks and gutter cleaning
Plumbing repairs (clogged pipes, replacing toilets, faucets & fixing leaks)
Water tank cleaning
Basic electrical works (installing or replacing lights, outlets, switches)
Additional skills we value:
Masonry (tiling, CHB partitions)
Carpentry (installing or repairing ceiling/drywalls, dismantling and
assembling cabinets)
Waterproofing
Qualifications:
Experience in general building maintenance or construction work.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve common repair issues independently
Flexible, hardworking, and a team player
Work is based at our properties in Cebu City.
