Job Description:
 Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs
 Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability  Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary
 Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
 Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance
 Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, improve efficiency of programs
 Conduct analytics on contact evaluations and highlight trends
 Temporary Work from Home
 Schedule: Night Shift
Requirements:
 At least 3 years of experience with program management, process excellence or quality management
 Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training
 BPO or relevant work industry experience
