Job Description:
Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs
Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary
Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance
Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, improve efficiency of programs
Conduct analytics on contact evaluations and highlight trends

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with program management, process excellence or quality management
Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training
BPO or relevant work industry experience
