We are urgently in need of:
(1) JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PRC License or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in construction, real estate development, or a related industry.
Experience in cost estimation, budget preparation, plan interpretation, and contract administration is required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in cost estimation software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, or other QS-related tools.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cost computations.
Good negotiation and communication skills when dealing with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
Good team player with strong coordination and reporting skills.
Job Description:
Execute quantity take-off for all housing units and special projects.
Prepare all preliminary cost estimates based on elemental cost.
Prepare tender documents to ensure financial matters are clearly defined and understood by all involved.
Monitor actual in-house materials used on site as per engineers' report.
Do site visit and inventory.
Process billings for contractors/suppliers.
Other Junior QS roles.
