Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years of tertiary education
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experience
Active listening skills with keen attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible to changes
Must be comfortable working onsite and in a night shift schedule
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
