Responsibilities:
Operation and Maintenance Manager - In-charge of daily Plant Operation that covers critical Manufacturing Support Utilities
Review and ensure compliance of all company, department standard and work instructions relevant to manufacturing utility operation and maintenance
Generate monthly report of all Key Performance Index and ensure all KPI's are within normal operational level
Provide quarterly CAPEX projects related to utility system improvements
Ensure that company policy, objectives and targets are realized and included in the team's mission.
Requirements:
Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum 15 years of experience working as Facility Operation Manager preferably on a semiconductor company
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of MS Project
Excellent communication and leadership skills
