We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide excellent support, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product- or service-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process requests, transactions, and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer support and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Open to college-level applicants with excellent communication skills.
At least 2 years of BPO experience (preferred).
Billing experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to be assigned at either JDN Mandaue or 1Nito Tower.
