We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience. You'll be responsible for addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product/service-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Open to College level with excellent communication skills
At least 2 years BPO experience (Preferred)
With billing experience
Willing to be assigned either in JDN Mandaue or 1Nito.
