Job URGENT HIRING
Overview
Shifting schedule
Provide excellent customer service over the phone, chat or email
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old and above
We accept senior high and high school graduate but should have at least 6 months call center experience
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back/failed subject) - BPO experience is preferred but not required
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Skills Required
Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
Ability to probe effectively
Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting
Must exhibit active listening
Must have good conversational skills
Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
Must have keen attention to details
