The ideal candidate is a Licensed Nurse who has at least 2-3 years of work experience. Having an ONHAP certificate and BOSH, ACLS, BLS training is an advantage. The nurse will be in charge of operating the company clinic and executing its health and safety programs.
Scope of Responsibility:
Assesses and determines the health status of the employees
Provides emergency treatment to all employees by giving first aid, checking vital signs, and dispensing medicine to prevent further complications
Accompanies and transports the injured or ailing employee to the nearest medical service or hospital in case of emergency or accident
Calls for an ambulance and admits the employee to the hospital in case of emergency or accident and briefs paramedics on the employee's condition
Reviews all pre-employment health checks, medical clearances, and certificates and tracks the health conditions of employees
Conducts regular inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and coordinates with Admin/Purchasing for the requisition of medicine
Updates, monitors, and keeps clinic forms and documentation for the standard procedure and reporting
Liaises with a healthcare provider to set up annual exams for all employees and reviews the best-recommended package for the company
Establishes partnership with clinics or hospitals for pre-employment requirements, pandemic protocols such as testing
Initiates and manages the health and wellness programs in the company
Conducts periodic rounds to prevent health and safety hazards and creates safety awareness among employees
Orients new employees when it comes to company rules and regulations with health and safety
Maybe assigned with administrative tasks from time to time
Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): nurse, nursing, health care practices, Health And Safety Management.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least two years (s) of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
