CAPTAIN WAITER
 
Vermillion Hotel is seeking a professional and service-oriented Captain Waiter to lead our dining team and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality excellence.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations
Experience in banquet or large-scale service is an advantage
Experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff
Ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction
Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and service standards
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Train and guide junior service staff
