Our BUSINESS PROCESSING ASSOCIATE will be assigned engagements and projects to handle. Key aspects of this role include the following:
Handles the monthly preparation of employees' statutory government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig)
Handles the firm's clients in the Business Permit from the Local Government Unit, Bureau of Fire Certificate, Sanitary Certificate, and CENRO Certificate process
Handles the firm's clients in the BIR registration process
Handles the firm's clients in the BIR closure process
Assist the firm's clients in the SEC registration process
Handles other special projects as per the client's request
Handles on the registration process for new clients on these government agencies
Complies accordingly with the new notices issued by these government agencies
Keep abreast of government updates on remittances and business registration
Maintaining organized records of correspondence and documents on the assigned client engagements and projects
Keeping deliverables and reports updated
Providing responsive customer service through courteous and prompt feedback and open communication lines
Fieldwork (Government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR, and SEC)
Assists and supports senior business process specialists or supervisory and executive staff in any statutory government remittances and clerical tasks when needed
Assist and support the Deputy/ Head of Operations in any operations task when needed
Reporting to the Deputy/ Head of Operations on key issues
If you hold a degree in Commerce or college degree, are attentive, mindful, and responsive to customers and deadlines, can communicate really well and think independently, are efficient with office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are creative, are trustworthy, are highly organized, are a team player, and possess a strong work ethic.
If you have capabilities and flexibility for hybrid work arrangements with your own computer or laptop operating either at least a Windows 10 or Catalina Operating System, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage, i3 or i5 core processor (12th gen), and a connectivity speed of at least 25 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload, join our team!
