Responsibilities:
Communicates directly with clients, answering specific bookkeeping and QBO questions (written & oral)
Communicates with the team to summarize month-end closing to ensure books are completed in a timely manner
Maintains detailed notes in client files for continuity of service
Provide monthly bookkeeping services for clients by reviewing & categorizing transactions; completing reconciliations for bank feed accounts and other balance sheet accounts, and sending monthly performance reports
Manage common bookkeeping situations, such as setting up and reviewing charts of accounts, reviewing and creating bank feed rules, and knowledge of 3rd party integrations
Review documentation and information provided by clients for accuracy
Qualifications
Bookkeeping Experience: 1+ years of recent bookkeeping experience
Working knowledge on reconciliation, bank processing and US taxation
QBO Experience: This position requires QuickBooks Online knowledge and a minimum of 1 year of recent experience working within QuickBooks Online
Degree: 2-year degree preferred
Willing to work on a night shift
Willing to work in Alabang
