ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Summary:
 
The position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the system. It also involves managing payroll processing, employee cash advances, and liquidation reports, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Preferably, with at least 5 years of working experience in the same role.
Proven experience in general accounting and payroll processing.
Knowledge of accounting systems; experience with DMIS is a plus.
Ability to manage employee cash advances and liquidation processes.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
