URGENT HIRING! ACCOUNTING STAFF!
Department: Accounting
Number of Personnel Needed: 2
ACTUAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping (encoding)
Checks disbursement
Journal entries
Forex transactions
Sales and Purchases
Maintain Ledgers
Prepare reports ( cost center opex)
Prepare Tax Returns
Vat - monthly & quarterly
Income Tax - quarterly & annual
Perform clerical and support functions:
Enter data, type, prepare deposits, maintain files, prepare reports, fixed asset monitoring, cash advance form issuance, issued non vat o.r., assist checks issuance, budget preparation (opex), costing and others.
Performs other related task that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office and accounting software
Accuracy and attention to details
Proficient in accounting job preferably in bookkeeping
