FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
 
RESERVATION
Handling room reservations through telephone, online and in-person booking
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Welcoming guests, assisting with registration, assigning rooms, issuing keys and handling payments. Room readiness and coordination with housekeeping
GUEST SERVICE
Providing information about the hotel, local attractions and amenities, addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Handling cash and credit card payments. Managing guest accounts
COMMUNICATION
Answers telephone, forwarding calls and acting as a central point of communication for guests and other departments
RECORD KEEPING
Maintains accurate records of reservations and guest information. And performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year courses
Proficient in Filipino and English
Computer Literate
Must be honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and trustworthy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible in work hours and ability to multitask
Preference given to those with service oriented work experience
With work related experience at least 1 year or less.
