Qualifications:
Male, at least 5'4 in height
At least a high school graduate
Emotionally mature, with strong interpersonal skills
Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Knows how to drive a motorcycle and holds a valid driver's license
Willing to work in the field and relocate if needed
Honest, responsible, and motivated to succeed
Experience in collections is a plus, but not required
