What You Will Be Doing:
Preparing and tailoring meeting documentation and presentations (Word or Powerpoint document)
Managing CRM system (Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter)
Transcribing voice-recorded file notes
Setting and allocating tasks using CRM systems and/or task management applications (e.g., Trello,
Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork)
Obtaining information from third parties (external fund managers, banks, etc.)
Creating and generating insurance and investment comparisons
Preparing insurance quotes
Preparing SoA and insurance & investment applicant forms
Implementing Financial Advisers' recommendations
Preparing service agreements and FDS
Business revenue monitoring
Managing budgeting programs for Financial Advisers (e.g., set-up, bank reconciliations and reporting)
Managing Financial Advisers' diary and follow-ups
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Commerce, MBA, Accounting or Engineering
Experience working in banking, insurance, loans and mortgage, foreign-based finance roles, advanced
accounting roles if local companies
Preferably with experience in Macquarie, SAP, Peachtree, XERO, Xplan, AdviserLogic, Coin, and
Quickbooks or has knowledge of ISO9000 or a FINRA license
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Exceptional numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare and analyze a range of financial reports.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
