Is currently looking for:
BOOKKEEPER
TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Keep a record of employees charges
Monitor Card settlement
Filing - Sales Summary Reports; Check Vouchers, All files related to Accounting
Keep a record of commission
Record all expenses to each individual logbook and pick-up Cash Disbursements from Daily Sales for Input VAT; To record checks issued for the month for input VAT
Issue and monitor Official Receipts and coordinate with the External Bookkeeper for recording in the books of accounts
Checking of daily Sales Report, Petty Cash Expenses, laundry bills, Manpower Services and other billing statements
Payables
Payroll
Record revenues (FOR OUTPUT VAT)
Keep a separate record of Vatable Expenses
Prepare and Provide data to the External Bookkeeper pertaining ANY and ALL BIR transactions, Business Tax, Business Permit Renewal, SSS, PAG-IBIG; PHILHEALTH, Annual submission of SEC-GIS
Monitoring Insurance - LTO Registration Renewal
Other duties as required
