About the Role
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Accountant ensuring accurate financial records, timely reports, strong internal controls, and smooth accounting operations across all branches.
 
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly Financial Statements and weekly Cash Flow Reports
Maintain accurate QuickBooks data & clean reconciliation records
Handle AP/AR, supplier payments, and branch remittances
Perform monthly bank reconciliation
Ensure on-time BIR and statutory filings
Validate inventory, expenses, and branch reports
Investigate financial variances within 48 hours
Improve accounting systems and SOPs quarterly
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, HR, Purchasing, and CEO
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
2-3 years general accounting experience
Strong knowledge of PH accounting & BIR compliance
Proficient in QuickBooks (required)
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in F&B, retail, franchising, or multi-branch business
Knowledge of cost control and inventory accounting
Ability to develop systems, templates, and process improvements
Strong communication and reporting skills
