RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruit at least 5 highly effective Property Consultants
• Track Sales Performance of the team and ensure to meet quota
• Responsible for managing group of Property Consultants in selling residential projects of Antel Group of Companies
• Manages the sales plans by accompanying the property Specialist on calls, tracking their progress and holding them accountable for achieving quota
• Checks and manage daily/weekly sales activity and result by each PC
• Monitor CRM reporting/accuracy in support of the Sales Director and others
• Helping team members in negotiation and closing sales
MUST HAVE:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / • Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales .
• With experience in Managing sellers.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
