The RoleAs an Underwriting Coordinator at Kinetic Insurance, you will play a crucial role in the pre-processing and data entry of submissions received through our submission inbox. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor our submission inbox and Submissions AI dashboard where submission information is sent to us by our broker partners via email. After receiving these emails, you will be tasked with looking at the files and determining if all the documents we require were provided and that the AI extraction and output of those files was accurate. If not, you will need to communicate with the broker about what is missing in order to complete the submission process.After receiving the complete set of documents and AI extraction complete, you will use several software systems to start the quoting process for our Underwriting team. These systems include GDrive, Insurance Carrier Portals, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will be involved in day-to-day customer service of our agency and policyholder partners. These recurring tasks include an array of requests ranging from gathering policy information for a broker to answering questions about their policy or billing.This position demands meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of the underwriting process.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year related course
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably utilizing SFDC. Passion, curiosity, and excitement trumps all.
Prior experience in insurance underwriting, data entry, or administrative roles preferred
Exposure to US Healthcare is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and document management
Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with brokers and internal teams
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
Typing speed of >45 words per minute preferred
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn insurance operations, language, and underwriting process flow
Insurance experience is a bonus but not a requirement
Willingness to work on a hybrid set-up in Makati City and amenable to a US business hours schedule.
Salary Package: 32,500 plus Transportation Allowance
