Ultrasound TechnologistMaxicare Health Services, Inc.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist who has excellent patient care capabilities. You will be responsible to operate ultrasound machines to capture images of a patient's internal organs for diagnostic purposes.
Set up examination rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready
Take thorough and accurate patient medical histories
Explain the ultrasound procedure to patients, answer their questions, and provide support as needed
Spread the ultrasound gel on the surface of patients' bodies over the internal area to be imaged
Program and adjust the scanner for the specific procedure and ensure the transducer captures images from every angle or section
Maintain the ultrasound equipment and sterilize the procedure rooms
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Education, License & Certification:
Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology; preferably with valid PRC license
II. Work Experience:
Preferably with 1 year work experience as Ultrasound Technologist
III. Knowledge & Skills:
Strong technical and patient service skills
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
IV. Qualities & Traits:
Compassionate and committed to deliver superb patient experience
Attentive to details and highly organized
Positive team player
Ability to work in rotational shifting schedule (6am - 10pm clinic operation)
