JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for ongoing processing all payroll functions for the client and its affiliates via UltiPro/UKG software.
Ensure the timely processing of payroll including, but not limited to HRIS data entry, benefit enrollment and reconciliation, set up of deductions and employee earnings, and report writing.
Assist with annual audits such as 401K testing and compliance audits and Worker's Compensation insurance audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 3-5 years experience in US Payroll
Extensive experience processing payroll via UltiPro or UKG HCM is an absolute requirement
Preferably a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or has Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP
Willing to work night shift/US hours, including holidays.
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes*.
*Amenable to (temporarily) work from home during the Community Quarantine period
