UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. Experienced with design software and wireframe tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Design graphic user interface elements, such menus, tabs, and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Assist in the definition of application architecture
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Iterate and make changes based on user feedback
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1-5 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Open for 1 Junior level, and 1 Mid-level UI/UX Design.
Deep understanding of and interest in UI/UX Design
Experience with any prototyping tool (ie Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly
Strong knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices
Lead on all facets of the UX process from concept generation to quality assurance
Experience in designing a SaaS platform
Must be patient and a keen observer
Strong organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and with a team
Willing to work within the Ortigas, Pasig area
