UI/UX Designer will gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and programmers. He/She will also illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Design and develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Create original graphic designs
Can support, manage and own multiple products/tools
Deliver timely on tasks assigned that meets the client's requirements
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Can work under pressure primarily on peak seasons
Can collaborate with the team in delivering product requirements on a specified timeline and participate actively in team meetings
Education and Experience:
Open to 2 year/Vocational courses graduates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent field
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have 1-3 years experience in experience design on any framework
Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility
Expert in Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other usability tools
Knowledge in systems programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience in the Retirement, Health & Benefits domain areas is preferred, but not required
Experience in working with scrum teams
Committed to collaborating with the team on tasks at hand
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges
Ability to work on "virtual" teams with members from different geographic areas
Experience working with the UK region is preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task and be mindful of deadlines
Self-motivated and able to remain focused on assigned projects
