The UI architect will provide direction and subject matter expertise on integration architectures and technologies such as SOA, ESB, Web Services, Micro Services, JavaScript, XML, and JSON. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Meet timelines with quality deliverables utilizing best practices for UX driven development . Accepts and manages ambiguity and complexity, as well as the changing requirements and expectations as business perspectives evolve as more relevant information surfaces . Providing subject matter expertise in UI architecture technical disciplines . Mentor UI developers, which may include performing code reviews. Suggest tools, technologies, and best practices that improve stability . Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences. . Defining and maintaining architecture and technology standards for applications, middleware, and databases for both in-house development and third-party applications . Design and architect a modern highly responsive web-based user interface for Micro Services based web application and using the Micro Frontend framework. . Preparing and maintaining documents (i.e., architecture diagrams, data models, and navigation maps) . Work with User Experience design to iterate and implement Web UI for highly horizontally scalable, distributed services that run in public, private and hybrid cloud infrastructures . Leverage the latest tools and techniques of web UI/UX Development spectrum. . Design and build unit and functional tests for your code . Own evaluating and recommending technologies and best practices . Understands the nature of changing priorities and adapts their workload accordingly. . Guides others through change process that may be needed due to introduction of new technology or direction. . Preparing road maps and proof of concepts . Driving concepts to solutions . Ensure test driven development(TDD) methodologies are utilized across the project . Interacting with product management to effect solutions for enterprise business requirements . Engage with architects/product team to comprehend functional challenges, prototype new ideas, and new technologies, and help to create innovative UX solutions. . Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements . Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code . Develop fast and highly scalable websites, develop the latest user-facing features using Angular and latest Javascript standards and best practices. . Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use . Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers . Empower UI teams in following best coding standards, processes, and practices. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . An ingrained sense of accountability for commitments and project completion. . Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills. . Minimum 8+ years of UI Architect experience . Should have Architecture and Hands-on Design experience in Enterprise Web Applications using Angular v8 or above . Skills in one or more frameworks/libraries like jQuery or Bootstrap . Good understanding of AJAX, TypeScript, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model . Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code. . Experience in developing complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, services . Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Mocha . Experience with client-side libraries on internationalization, localization, and unit tests . Experience writing S-508 compliant code is a plus . Experience leading and coaching a team of UI developers . Understanding of java web application technology stack (core Java, spring core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, REST) . Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, and continuous integration using Maven and Jenkins . Writing non-blocking, loosely coupled code and restoring to advanced techniques when needed . A knack for benchmarking and optimization . Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git/GitHub . Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role Est. Salary/Hourly Range (Colorado Only): $150,000 - 180,000.
