The Role
As a UAT Tester - Business Analyst, you will conduct due diligence to gather and document legal, technological, and business requirements during FINCON project implementations (example: implementation of new systems, update of systems, process improvements, and other transformation activities). You will facilitate FIT-GAP Analysis and scoping with the business, project team, and IT to ensure that all gaps are identified, addressed, and closed on time. You will also conduct FTE Analysis to ensure that resources during Project Implementation are sufficient to support and deliverable all project requirements from the business.
How you'll contribute
Schedule walkthrough sessions for due diligence with relevant stakeholders
Document risks and issues from due diligence and ensure mitigation activities/ solutions are in place to address them
Understand how process changes, systems upgrade, implementation of new systems, and other transformation activities impact FINCON
Facilitates process and technological impact analysis during project implementation
Ensure that all business requirements and change requests are validated, documented, and signed off on time
Monitor and close all approved change requests during project implementation
Ensure that all GAP solutions defined during FIT-GAP Analysis are implemented as discussed and agreed
Assist FINCON in identifying and validating FTEs assigned to each project and eventually to process
Identify process improvements for gaps, and exceptions and implement recommended enhancements noted on the completed project to minimize workaround or manual procedures and enhance system quality.
Understands built-in best practices in the new Systems and assist business in optimizing the new features of the system
Performs other related and PMO tasks which may be assigned from time to time such as RAID Log Monitoring, Scheduling of meetings, archiving of project artifacts
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of MS Applications i.e. Word Docs and Excel.
