tunnel Engineer/specialistCPB Contractors

Responsibilities:
Assist during construction and review of all tasks related to tunnel construction and alignment
Perform review of all construction documents and assist the project managers in directing the work of all contractors
Conduct quality control during construction, including review of specifications and drawings, and assisting with construct-ability reviews
Improve construction processes and efficiencies, including the development of instruments, tools, and databases
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to project managers, superintendents, and tunnel construction laborers
Perform budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
Requirements And Skills:
Able to work independently or as a member of a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Extensive project and contract management experience
Strong technical background related to transportation, tunnel, or civil engineering
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize
