A DAY IN THE LIFE
Supervises the activities and functions of Services toProcurement and ensure that the Team's objectives areachieved
Attends conferences and SLA reviews with the Markets todiscuss process improvements and deliver value to thebusiness
Recommends and implements system and proceduralimprovements
Manages various functions including but not limited toperformance appraisals, leaveailment& overtime approvalsof team members
Plans and coordinates training activities of the teammembers
Continuously motivates, develops, counsels and trainssubordinates
ARE YOU A FIT
Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Businesscourse
Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications
Should be able to respond quickly, accuratelyandefficiently to external and internal customers'requirements
Assertive and with sense of responsibility andmaturity
Initiative to propose improvements in proceduresand techniques inStPprocess
Be able to create a spirit of teamwork amongpeers, rapport with counterparts
Good work attitude
Amenable to any shift
