Job Description
1. Develop Printed Circuit Boards for Test Interface products to support Whole Product Release of new and existing devices. Duties include Project definition and scheduling, PCB Layout design, working with multiple outside suppliers.
2. Work with the Test Hardware engineering groups to create schedules and expectations for deliverables.
3. Based on the project definition, you will create the full PCB design for the product test fixture.
4. Participate as a member of the development team. This team will include representatives from Test Hardware development, contractors, Product Engineering, Test Engineering and Test Hardware. You will participate with this team through the development cycle.
5. Participate in the design reviews. You will provide the PCB layout files for the review meetings at critical points in the development process.
6. Create the fabrication and assembly documents necessary to have the boards manufactured. You will work directly with the PCB fabrication and assembly suppliers through the delivery of the test fixtures
Job Requirements
1. Degree in electrical/electronics engineering.
2. Preferably with at least 4 years experience working with PCB design.
3. Must be familiar with schematic design and PCB layout.
4. Must possess excellent English oral and written communication.
5. Some knowledge of ATE PCB design using Altium Software is a preference.
6. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
