Position Overview
Corporate and Investment Banking Operationsis dedicated to supporting our business in their goal to build long-term, sustainable relationships with the Bank's key institutional clients, while delivering strong returns to stakeholders. TheCIB Opsteams are recognized as key to business profitability, playing a crucial role in managing clients, risk and minimizing losses. This is done by ensuring that business activities are carried out in an efficient, controlled and timely manner.
Your role of CIB Opscovers a wide range of activities. Following the buying and selling of financial products and services by the bank, you will ensure that each transaction is captured accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective risk management, cleared, documented and confirmed, settled and reconciled, all within a tightly controlled environment in adherence with global regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate settlement of Loans and Investment Banking (FX, MM, FI & OTC) deal bookings.
Responsible for ensuring compliance for all pertinent regulatory reporting deliverables across Manila Loans Operations and Investment Banking Operations (FX, MM, FI & OTC).
Regularly coordinates with regulatory examiners, internal and external auditors as appropriate, ensuring that all issues and any pending reports are properly remediated.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in a Business Course in Banking, Finance or its equivalent
Local banking settlements, confirmations and regulatory reporting experience
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to demanding stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
