About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
You will draft standard resolutions, minutes and other documentations that are compliant with SG and HK legislations
You will be responsible for minutes writing and transcription
You will maintain and update the Company registry books, including registry of members, directors and secretaries
You will maintain daily correspondence with stakeholders from CSING & CHK
You will preparation the Service Agreement
You will process relevant returns with the Registrar (if applicable)
You will review, rename and save documents in the team's shared drive
You will collect and administer all task related documentation and files to ensure that information is complete, accurate, up-to-date and readily available
You will provide relevant support duties to the Legal Officer
You will update the Task Monitoring Report
About You:
You are a graduate of Law or Political Science
