Job Description: Communicates with dispatchers or trucking personnel regarding trucking schedule ensuring efficient dispatch of trucks Monitors road condition, traffic, weather and port congestion and recommends the best solutions to meet the delivery time Conducts pre-trip briefing with haulers and includes discussion of safety policies and programs Responds quickly to all trucking queries and close-out issues immediately Ensures deliveries arrive at the final destination on an agreed and required schedule Take all measure to prevent and avoid any possible additional costs that can negatively affect the margin initially estimated. Make sure all required KPI data is captured and timely reported, making recommendations/ actions to prevent any gaps Qualifications Must be a graduate of logistics or any related course At least 4-year experience in trucking and logistics environment Able to work under pressure Good communication skills both written and oral Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office
