Job Description
Loading and unloading company products and ensures that no damage will be incurred.
Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
Reporting all delivery-related problems to Logistics Officer and General Manager.
Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ability to evaluate and ensure compliance to instructions.
Communicates with customers and vendors in professional manner.
Be available at all time if there’s schedule of deliveries.
Ensures compliance to product handling standards.
Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the truck at all times.
Ensures that all packages are organized within the vehicle.
Ensure product is stacked neatly and safely within the warehouse and the delivery truck.
Assist the Driver when communicating the delivery status report (arrival, unloading and departure).
Job Qualifications:
Must be at least a Highschool Graduate
Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production
Proven customer service experience is preferred
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work flexible hours
The ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must be physically fit
Willing to be assigned in any location (Metro Manila or Provincial areas)
