Implement PM and repair of DTFS (debar, trim, form, singulation) as per schedule or tool stroke•Implement maintenance for all other small tools such as Go-no-go jigs, and Table top punchers.•Attend all tooling escalations from operations, sustaining, and central engineering.•Supervise technicians working on 24x7 operations.•Spare parts and budget planning.•Generate and maintain Purchase Specifications for Trim & Form Tooling.•Generate business case and justifications for improvement projects related to Tooling and other especial projects.•Technical discussions with suppliers related to projects and other tooling related issues.•Buy-off for new tooling prior shipment.•Ontime qualifications and release to production of tooling under Quality Change Management (QCM) System. Organize all needed resources such as Test materials, Machine allocations, and Manpower.•Propose, drive, and implement projects to permanently resolve tooling issues, generate savings, increase the capacity, improve the tooling safety, and other breakthrough ideas. •Support in establishing better tooling control such as tool life monitoring and other dash boards.•Initiate the improvement program for tooling based on LRR, OCAP, Yield, and other established data.•Conduct tooling related trainings.
