What you'll be doing
Manage the company's daily cash flow, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and monitoring cash positions
Prepare and analyze treasury reports, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve financial performance
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Participate in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
Oversee the management of the company's short-term investments and liquidity
Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to optimize the company's banking arrangements
Provide support and guidance to the treasury team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably in the property development or construction industry
Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, including cash flow management, liquidity analysis, and financial reporting
Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Preferably holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA)
