About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Supervisor who will manage and oversee all treasury functions, including fund management, collections, and timely processing of commissions for our sales team.
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and can ensure smooth and accurate flow of funds to support our operations and sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily treasury activities such as cash collections, deposits, and disbursements
Ensure on-time and accurate release of sales commissions
Prepare cash position reports and monitor fund availability
Coordinate with Accounting and Sales Departments regarding payment schedules
Maintain updated records of transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls
Supervise treasury staff and ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course
With at least 3 years experience in treasury or finance
Experience in memorial park or real estate industry is an advantage
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with banking transactions
