TREASURY SUPERVISOR (CEBU BASED)
 
Job Description
 
TREASURY OPERATIONS
Oversee   treasury   operations  including cash  disbursements, collections and bank reconciliations.
Ensure  timely and  accurate posting  of  payments to suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Review and approve treasury transactions in accordance with set company policies and procedures
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT
Supervise and mentor treasury staff to ensure productivity and professional growth.
Provide training and guidance on treasury processes, systems, and procedures
Foster  a  positive work  environment and  promote collaboration within the treasury team.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to treasury activities.
Coordinate with accounting department to reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules specifically those related to Cash and all treasury-related transactions and respond to auditor inquiries as necessary
COMPLIANCE AND REGULATION
Keep updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to treasury management.
Ensure   compliance   with   legal   and  regulatory   requirements governing treasury operations.
Coordinate with legal counsel and externalauditors on treasury-related matters. 
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus. 
With 3-5 years work experience in treasury management preferably in a Real Estate industry or related sectors. 
Strong understanding of financial principles, Risk Management, and Investment strategies 
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
