FOREX OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Administer the daily performance of tasks related to Forex / Remittance * MANAGE FOREX/REMITTANCE COUNTER Check if all Forex Counters are manned at all times & work schedules are regularly reviewed that long FOREX OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Administer the daily performance of tasks related to Forex / Remittance MANAGE FOREX/REMITTANCE COUNTER Check if all Forex Counters are manned at all times & work schedules are regularly reviewed that long queues are minimized MANAGE FOREX FUND Check if Foreign Exchange Fund & Dollar Remit Fund is properly accounted & reconciled daily system-generated reports manage the timely replenishment of Forex & Remittance Fund Sort & safekeep different currencies for deposit SUPERVISE SM FOREX SYSTEM & ALL REMITTANCE APPLICATIONS & CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / CONCERNS Oversee the proper usage of Forex System & all Remittance applications Handle & resolve escalated customer queries SUPERVISE SM FOREX SYSTEM & ALL REMITTANCE Oversee the proper usage of Forex System & all Remittance applications Handle & resolve escalated customer queries MANAGE SAFETY & SECURITY OF OPERATIONS Check that cash movements are properly coordinated with the Security Office ensure that user ID & passwords are kept confidential Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law & BSP Regulations Sales OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Administer the daily performance of tasks related to sales collections, bills payment & customer service products MANAGE LOOSE CHANGE FUND Maintain the availability of coins & bills & make sure that all are properly accounted for ACCOUNT SALES COLLECTION Check whether actual cash & checks turned over by Treasury Assistant tally with the turnover report & are deposited intact ensure that confirmation of checks is handled properly MONITOR TREASURY ACCOUNTABILITIES Monitor PCF, OR/AR & all ILCs & make sure items are kept & disposal is in accordance with established procedures MONITOR STOCKS LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS Ensure that all Customer Service products are well-stocked, properly monitored, recorded in the system conduct inventory regularly Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year business-related course Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage Trustworthy, detail-oriented Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Cauayan Full-time positions available
