Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field
Must have at least 5 years of working experience in related areas as an individual contributor
Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience
Has strong analytical judgment, excellent leadership skills and knowledge of Cash Management Principles, Banking System and Processes
Basic to Advance Computer Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Cash and Liquidity Management
Determines procurement of funds and monitors investment and collections
Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted
Conducts optimum level of Liquidity by ensuring the company be able to fulfill its financial obligation when they become due
Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecast
Assess risk/return trade-offs in guidelines to minimize indirect losses
Optimize and reduce the overall cost of funds
Management Reporting
Prepare and monitor company's various cash flow forecast and perform financial modeling
Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies and be able to create tools for decision making
Create monthly management and financial report
Analysis on collection trend
Relationship Management
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Develops and strengthen relationship with various bank and payment partners
Provide technical and other support mergers and acquisitions and other project as needed
Liaising Management across organization
Corporate Compliance
Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements
Ensures that project/ department milestone/ goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Develop and end-to-end treasury process and procedures responsive to the varying requirements of the organization
