- Check and handle Disbursements Request Forms, ensuring they meet requirements and guidelines.
- Provides cash disbursement for funding various projects.
- Record daily sales and collections, matching them with invoices and receipts.
- Complete month-end tasks like updating property/equipment records, reconciling bank accounts, and clearing accounts.
- Maintains records of cash releases.
- Monitors and reporting of unliquidated cash releases.
- With Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or in related field
- With competent knowledge in using Google Sheets and MS Application including but not limited to MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
