Cash Management - Monitor and manage daily cash balances and ensure adequate funding for operational requirements, prepare daily cash position reports and cash flow forecasts, ensure timely execution of fund transfers, payments, and collections.
Banking Transactions & Reconciliation - Coordinate with banks regarding deposits, withdrawals, and fund placements, process and verify online banking transactions, perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Treasury Operations & Documentation - Maintain and update records of all treasury-related transactions, ensure compliance with company treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements, support the setup, maintenance, and documentation of bank accounts and authorized signatories.
Funding & Investment Support - Assist in monitoring credit facilities, loan schedules, and interest payments, support short-term and long-term funding activities as directed by the Treasury Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of treasury or financial management experience.
Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and risk
management practices.
Proficient in MS Excel and online banking platforms
