Position Overview
Treasury and Business Finance (TBF) owns the Treasury and Investment Banking Finance controls and provides insights on Treasury and Business performance. TBF is a control function with a critical role of ensuring integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the Bank's financial books and records. The group performs the Product Control function, which entails providing transparent and accurate valuation and appropriate regulatory control to avoid reputational damage to the Bank. In Deutsche Bank, this control function leverages on a multi-skilled team with capabilities to understand the financial impact of trades from the analysis of Risks and Profit and Loss up to the substantiation of the Balance Sheets, and interacts with a diverse set of stakeholders.
As an integral member of planning team, MIS Associate is responsible for development, implementation and support of critical Global Financing and Credit Trading function wide reports, Excel Reports. MIS Associate is also responsible to ensure timely submission and sign off of daily and monthly P&L reports to senior stakeholders and document reporting requirements to meet business needs. Using skills and experience as MIS Associate, will need to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data store and will also need to be involved in Business restructuring activities.

Your key responsibilities
Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting system
Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team.
Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users.
Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
Provide training and assistance to users for generation of Ad hoc reports.
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
Your skills and experience
6+ years experience developing and implementing organization/function wide reports and dashboards, including:
Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros.
Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional)
Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required
Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support in dynamic environments that includes internal, external and customer teams
Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
