The Opportunity
The Treasury Assistant (TA) is responsible to maintain and manage treasury files, bank records, financial logs and reports. Maintain, manage and update treasury records and databases. Moreover, Assist and support Treasury Supervisor in day-to-day treasury activities
Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Treasury Supervisor in day-to-day treasury activities.
Verify that Accounts Payable Voucher (APVs), Bank Debit Request Form (BDRFs) and Request for Payments/Check Requests and their attachments are complete and has the appropriate approvals.
Prepares checks and check vouchers based on the attachments received.
Prepares weekly disbursements reports.
Receives excess cash and other cash/check payments and issues appropriate documents i.e., official receipts or acknowledgement receipts.
Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
Job Competencies:
Technical accounting skills.
Knowledge of cash management and cash flows.
Previous experience of check preparation and cashiering.
Job Specifications:
Graduate of any four (4) years preferably accounting.
With minimum of two (2) years related work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
