Job Description
Prepares checks and checks vouchers for all transactions transmitted to Manila Head Office.
Monitors the chronological series of all prepared checks.
Safekeeping of vouchers and checks for signature.
Monitors check cancellations.
Monitors staled checks.
Receiving of billing statements and transmittal of RFP and billing statements to respective departments
