The Analyst Development Plan (ADP) is a structured plan offered to fresh graduates who will join Group Finance on March. Our ADP opportunities are wide-ranging and span functions across Profit and Loss, Accounting Control, Financial Reporting and Cost Control. As part of Group Finance, Accounting Close ensures that transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. Accounting Close ensures the integrity of reportable financial information including statistical disclosures and the operation of the Revenue, Cost, Local and Group close processes. Accounting Close - Entity Close provides end to end financial reporting process, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and management reports submitted to various stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
Handle financial reporting processes - this includes but is not limited to the preparation of journal entries, performance of data integrity checks and reconciliations, and closing the month-end General Ledger for Head Office, Local Regulatory and Risk Reporting within Service Level Agreement.
Work closely with various teams both onshore and offshore.
Support projects and initiatives, striving to deliver process improvements while maintaining a strong control mindset, and continuously upholding compliance standards and best practices.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or Management
More than just excellent academic achievement, we want candidates with a strong base in being highly analytical and organized
Able to become collaborative and can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven and high-risk environment
Able to respond positively to challenges, solutions-focused and detail intensive
