Perform all tasks relating to the Treasury Operations/Back-office function, including processing Treasury Settlements, Payments, Reporting, Bank Services, and Systems Operations
Maintenance of bank services including Opening and Closing of bank accounts and updating letters of credit, collateral and delegated authorities.
Ensure accurate and timely Treasury reports are provided
Updating banking authorities for Treasury and Finance staff
Monitoring and distribution of Bank Connectivity and Counterparty Limits Reporting
Ensure daily risk reporting and escalation is communicated
Ensure successful settlement of all foreign exchange deals, money market deals and interest rate swaps.
Ensure receipt and processing of all expected bank files
Ensure all Treasury payments are processed within relevant cut-off times
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Treasury confirmation process
Timely investigation of any failed settlements and resolution of discrepancies with counterparties
Timely investigation of any failed account statement transmissions and resolution of account balance variances
Ensure all processes are conducted in accordance with DTP requirements and address process gaps when identified
Maintain product, system and process knowledge
Ensure all processes conducted are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion
Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures
