Primary Responsibilities
Payments and Risk Management
Monitors submission of reports by the bank and reporting offices
Receives payment, validate deductions, adjust and reconcile with sales
Monitors closure of the discrepancies raised or immediately process documentation
Posts and clears sales, payment and other in-between items in SAP
Validates billings related to card authorization and shared commission
Credit and Collection
Posting of Collections in the Reservations and Financial System
Generation of Statement of Account and System Reports
Updating of Reports and reconciliation schedules
Filing of Accounts' documents
Communicating with Customers re: Payment Follow-up and/or Billing concerns
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree,Finance/Accountancy/Banking
Experience in Airline Operations and/or knowledge in SAP is a plus.
Fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
