Job Description
CSR - Travel Tier 1 Account
Salary : PHP30700/month
Location: Pasig City
As a BPO Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Travel Tier 1 Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the travel industry. You will handle inbound calls related to booking, travel itineraries, cancellations, refunds, and other customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding travel bookings, itineraries, cancellations, and refunds.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date on travel industry trends, products, and services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a call center environment, preferably in the travel industry.
Should have at least 1 -3 years of GDS Sabre Experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
